Medplaya Hotel Regente - Benidorm

Fresh options available every morning. I particularly enjoyed the spacious dining area and friendly staff. The entertainment in the evenings wasn't to my taste, as it felt repetitive after a few days.

Eggs and fresh bread were brilliant as well as the drinks. Overall it was comfy with a view.

I would say that our stay was pleasant. The food was ok but there could of been more of a choice. The walls in hotels are very thin and we could hear our next door neighbours talking and snoring at 6am

Friendly and cute staff made us feel at home.

The room we had was very cramped for three people. We had to request the maintenance team to pull out the bed from the wall as it was not properly set up for our needs.

the reception staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned regularly and the restraunt was excellent for half board

breakfast was only on until about 10am, not good if you were only rolling in at 6am

The location was prime for traveling around Benidorm, just off Benidorm Palace, public transport and Benidorm. The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Family-friendly experience!

The entertainment at night was lit, we even ended up joining in a dance after dinner, just like we were young again.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but was still worth it for the fun we had.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, my mother stays often and recommended the hotel, the staff were excellent very polite, friendly and very helpful indeed.. We will be booking again to stat next year. Well done to the staff for making the stay good

Hotel very convenient to all amenities, suitable to families of all ages. The food excellent and dining room spotless. Night entertainment provided by hotel was excellent.

Beds very hard and 'walls paper thin' as we were kept awake by neighbours having TV on all night. When we complained to reception, they acted promptly but still our sleep was disrupted! We requested a change of room but they did not facilitate us. Some staff not very friendly. Maybe another lift could be installed! More umbrellas provided at pool side

The room had a nice balcony, but the pool area was dirty.

Good food with plenty of choice. Good location --- beach within a five minute walk. Friendly and efficient staff. Decent entertainment -- including free bingo! Cleanliness of the hotel was very high.

Only two lifts --- waiting for a lift could be frustrating during mealtimes.

Hotel was very good. reception very helpful. Breakfast and evening meal very good plenty of choice and well cooked and presented.Able to park the car outside hotel and it was fine. Room and bathroom very clean TV good Sky sports available.Location good and quiet at night.

Only one thing we didn't like the beds were exremely hard.

The reception staff were so helpful and spoke excellent english. Our twin room with a balcony was clean and had great facilities like a mini fridge. The outdoor pool area was a lovely sun trap, made relaxing easy.

The hotel was ideally situated for the Benidorm Palace and was also suitable for local bars and shops.

Nothing wrong except not easy to find hotel or the street it was in.

I liked most things about this hotel, staff were friendly, food was good, excellent location, nice pools.

I only have 1 negative point about this hotel, the walls were very thin, I could hear the person snoring in the room next to us, not that it stopped me from sleeping but I would imagine if the hotel was busy it may cause a problem.
